the area is lovely and close to everything. my room was cleaned daily. fresh towels was provided, and the bed was really comfortable. i appreciated that a kettle was in my room, so i could make tea in the morning.

Waiting was sometimes a bit long.

The location was great with many places nearby to eat. i had easy access to the metro. It helped me get around. i found the staff cute! the kettle and fridge were useful additions.

the room was not the most spacious. it was difficult to open two large suitcases together. i found this inconvenient .

i had to wait ages for it, it seemed hardly anyone could fit. the room was so dark, really depressing. the wallpaper was peeling off in several spots too.

I found a loose shelf in the shower. I couldn't place my shampoo on it. it's a minor issue but quite annoying.
